Individual Dental Insurance for NJ?

Could I pay for  insurance  and a-car ?
"Ok therefore I am 18 and you will be likely to university 186 miles from my house in pittsburgh. I am currently shown as being a key driver on my parents  insurance . Can my  insurance   costs go up simply because the vehicle might no more be found at home? I don't think it should because basicallyam stated being a main driver what distinction does it produce where the vehicle is located
